Mood:
Concerned but even-keeled. I woke up tired again but it was going to be a busy day at work. I managed to get through it not too bad.
Breakfast:
Dutch. As much as I’d love to get away from this calorically, damn if it’s not super easy. I did have a hunger pang prior to having it, not sure if it was just thirst or if it was real hunger.
Lunch:
mini mart chicken and joes. I ate in the car, stopped though. I noticed I was getting towards full and saved the last chicken strip for later on, and I ate it although I wasn’t hungry when I did. I also had a hunger pang before this meal, although again, not sure if this was thirsty or actual hunger.
Snack:
I had some triscuits while cooking dinner. Also, while I was cooking dinner I stopped and tried some nibbles of it to see if rice was done enough.
Dinner:
I wash you Dry’s Mexican beef rice skillet with black beans, I did not have much in the way of Mexican stuff to add in. Oops. I was not hungry by the time I got this done and my stomach was in a bit of a snit so I never really made myself a plate, just went on and took a shower.
