Mood:
Slightly apprehensive about some extracurricular things that will be going on while I’m at work. Concerned about big tasks for work. Feeling some overwhelm with lengthy to-do lists at work, which I’d like to get done today, but that’s a ridiculous tall order.
Breakfast:
- What I ate: Dutch.
- Hunger Before: No
- Satisfaction After: I didn’t finish. I didn’t feel overfull.
- Why did I eat/what was the thought in my head: because it seems appropriate to get some calories in for breakfast.
Lunch:
What I ate: Subway turkey italiano 6″, Cheetos, 3 White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Snack:
Nope!
Dinner:
- What I ate: orange chicken, egg rolls, Asian salad, rice
- Hunger before: I’m not sure I was hungry but I was absolutely craving food
- Satisfaction after: full, maybe too full. Kind of inhaled it. I did stop when I keyed into the fact that I was full
- Why did I eat/what was thought in my head: I wasn’t going to make rice, but, I realized I really wanted it. I decided there was a possibility I would feel unsatisfied with the meal (not in terms of hunger) if I didn’t make rice.
Wins:
There were a handful.
- Took stairs when I didn’t want to use the stairs.
- Thought about snacking at 11, but so far so good.
- only got a 6” subway, and got a Coke Zero with it
- didn’t snack
- stopped eating dinner when I realized I’d had enough
- I journaled!
