Breakfast:
Dutch, did feel hunger pang, wasn’t overfull and I didn’t finish it. Just wanted to walk in feeling normal.
Lunch: breakfast casserole muffins, wasn’t hungry, grazed on it slowly all afternoon. Was not super engaged with work.
Dinner: it was blazing hot, I didn’t want to eat, but it was Salmon, some pasta-roni, and peas. I had two bites.
Snack: 5…yes… 5… nature valley protein bars. *facepalm*
