Mood:
Tired, need to get more sleep. Hoping to get the week over with. Antsy about finances.
Breakfast:
- What I ate: Dutch. It was a medium. They saw me coming and made it for me.
- Hunger Before: No.
- Satisfaction After: Didn’t finish.
- Dining Experience: 3.5/5. Was at desk cleaning up email.
- Why/Thought: Just doing my morning ritual.
Lunch:
- What I ate: KFC nugget combo.
- Hunger Before: Not hungry, but I had to take lunch then because a coworker who is not my boss thought she could decide when I could lunch.
- Satisfaction After: Finished, was a bit on the full side.
- Dining Experience: 3.5/5. I determined this wasn’t tasty. You know, after eating all of it. *eyeroll*
- Why/Thought: I wanted to get food because it is part of leaving for lunch. I wanted to leave for lunch because I wanted away from there. I need to separate the two.
Dinner:
- What I ate: Cowboy meatloaf and salad.
- Hunger Before: No.
- Satisfaction After: Didn’t finish salad, but finished meatloaf. Got an “I’m full” signal a few bites from having my meatloaf eaten.
- Dining Experience: 4./5. Meatloaf was tasty.
- Why/Thought: I was glad to be done with the week, this meal is tasty and that makes me happy and I wanted to celebrate and relax with tasty food.
Snack:
- What I ate: Cheetos, muffin top.
- Hunger Before: no
- Satisfaction After: not overfull, but clearly not hungrier than when I started.
- Dining Experience: 3.5/5. These are favorite things of mine.
- Why/Thought: I was frustrated by the sheer number of things I wanted to be getting accomplished versus the rate at which that was happening.
Wins:
There were a handful.
- I took the stairs!
- I did not eat myself silly, even if I ate when I shouldn’t have.
- I got a smaller KFC meal than I normally would have.
- No co-workers were murdered. I deserve a medal for this one.
- Feeling more aware.
